Yeeeah, this is how it’z done. When you’re StompN’ in ColyRADo, sometimes the support crew really is the best part. The STompa 4 o’ July Century- ‘bonedale to the top of Independence pass and back, 6000′ of climbing 50 miles up, 50 miles down, sorta) After we had rolled from HQ in Carbondale, (6,112′) up the bike path for 30 mi or so through Asspen and made a much needed stop at the grocery there for pbr 30′s gummy bears and so forth. Our Support rig, then proceeded ahead of us, and shot the following videoStompa 4 o\’ july ride
Long story short, can’t wait to go for a nice long ride with all ya’ll

How rude how RUDE! You haven’t been introduced!
We here at BByB are fantastically well versed in the art of all things bike. Unfortunately, we missed that day of class in which manners were taught.
We were probably out riding.
And so, without further aaadoooooo…
Scott, meet everyone. Everyone, this is Scott.

So we went on a field trip on Monday. Myself, Slappy, the Intern, and half of Fast y Fierce mashed down to the Lowe’s across the park. It happened to be the last expedition for the world-famous, or at least famous across most of this here Glorious Country, Xtracycle, AKA Pain Train, AKA Max’s beloved whip. So, in the name of posterity, and to demonstrate the virtuous capabilities of the long bike to those of you not in the know, I made some brief video documentation of the goings-on.

Hope that vid works. And, if we didn’t mention it already, our apologies to those of you who came to the shop sometime between 2:30 and 3:45 on Monday only to find it closed. It was an errand that will improve the lives of everyone in brooklyn, or at least everyone here who rides bikes. Or at least those of us who ride em And bring them to BByB, they’re the ones. Besides, could you imagine NOT riding a bike on a day like that??
Max couldn’t, and he couldn’t not stomp on a day like yesterday, either. Hence the epic sidewalk skid we threw in at the end. See what we did there? Yeah, fun!
More fun coming up, gotta get off the computer and on some wheels.

Got a pile of multimedia to dump on here in the near future, but while we get that straightened out, here’s a relevant little gem:

Always on point at BByB! Lubricate responsibly.

Another Relative Slogan for the Ol’ Brooklyn Bike Y B, ‘Light and Fast? Howz about just plain fast’. Since, by the by, the “killer advice” is meant, not to kill, but to keep you upright and happy, riding, 4ever. .
think about IT. .I sure do! and I don’t hardly even ride nothin’ other that the PainTRAin! well maybe fixxxed now and again. .
But we can make you or your bike faster than a pair of rollerblades, at least some of the time, or else, we’ll get you some rollerblades for back-up.
Thanks BByb staff
