So we made it out to the Bicycle Film Festival street festival last weekend. It rained. Thankfully, it rained so hard for so long that by the time it let up and we got a chance to dry out, our spirits were so fully drained that even the slightest improvement in the weather made us exponentially more stoked. That, and we made a quick run for a bottle of other spirits which further boosted our morale.
Anyway, check out our crafty booth/hobo camp:
Yup, it was a long day. But an okay time was had by all. Watch out, the weekend’s coming.
And this time, they played to all of Vanderbilt! We were graced with a two-hour set on the sidewalk today during the afternoon Summer Streets block party. Unfortunately, the camera battery only had enough juice to get one song, but it’s a good one. Aren’t these dudes beautiful?
If you’re new here, be sure to scroll down a bit and check out the vid of the Halfbreeds playing our 3-month opening party.
…with the start of Summer Streets on Vanderbilt. It’s happening every Sunday ’til the end of June, so don’t freak out – you’ll get your chance to unwind.
But in the meantime, here’s what you missed (just to make you feel guilty)…
Here’s Chip bringing the wrench work out to the sidewalk for everyone to scope.
…a look at Prime Time grilling it up for our customers…
Ryan shredding it on raw power…
Brian shows you here the endless possibilities of owning a Mundo Cargo bike – by surfing on it. It holds up to 440 pounds, so really, Scott could have been riding with two surfing Brians… and then some. Seriously – who needs a car anymore? Not this guy.
